Lifelong Inaugural Pride Gala: An Evening for Equality

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in Lifelong Health For All’s (“Lifelong”) Inaugural Pride Gala (“Event”), you (“guest”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Admission

Admission to the Event is subject to capacity and compliance with venue policies. Lifelong and the Event venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Event.

2. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event Lifelong cancels or reschedules the Event, Lifelong will communicate applicable options to guests.

3. Event Changes

Lifelong reserves the right to modify the Event program, schedule, talent, speakers, or venue logistics as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

4. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending the Event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Lifelong may use such media for promotional, marketing, commercial, fundraising, and communications purposes across digital, print, and broadcast platforms without notice, compensation or further approval.

5. Health & Safety

Attendees agree to comply with all applicable health, safety, and security protocols in place at the time of the Event. Lifelong is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred at the Event.

6. Donations and Sponsorships

All donations and sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable. Sponsorship benefits are fulfilled based on payment and material deadlines provided by Lifelong. Donors are advised to consult a tax professional regarding deductibility of contributions.

7. Conduct

Lifelong is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

8. Liability

Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. Lifelong, its partners, vendors, and the venue disclaim liability for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained before, during, or after the Event.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Event will be used in accordance with Lifelong’s privacy practices and applicable laws.

10. Governing Principles

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington.
