Need help navigating the complicated world of housing assistance? We’re here for you. 

Depending on your unique circumstance, we offer four different housing options: 

  • Emergency

  • Transitional

  • Permanent

  • Tiny House Villages


How do I know if I’m eligible for emergency, transitional, or permanent housing?

  • You must be homeless or rent burdened (meaning, must be paying 50% of their income towards rent)

  • Have a HIV diagnosis

  • Living in King, Island, or Snohomish County

  • And living at 50% below Average Median Income ($30,000 - $50,000 per year depending on family size)

How do I know if I’m eligible for the Tiny House Villages? 

  • All referrals need to come directly from the City of Seattle’s Navigation Team

Note: Most of our referrals come from the city’s sweeps, but since those are on a temporary hiatus, we recommended agencies with clients experiencing homelessness to coordinate with the City of Seattle’s Navigation Team and Lifelong’s Program Manager to discuss if the client would be successful in our Tiny House Villages. These villages are of the highest acuity throughout all Tiny House Villages.


How soon can I get emergency, transitional, or permanent housing?

Our housing program does not operate on a "first come, first serve" basis. Instead, we use a priority based wait list so that people who are most medically vulnerable can access housing quickly. Your safety and well being is our top priority and will do our very best to help find you a stable place to live.

How soon can I get housing in the Tiny House Villages? 

Our Tiny House Villages operate on a “first come, first serve” basis. We recommend agencies with referrals to work with the City of Seattle’s Navigation Team and Lifelong’s Program Manager as we coordinate new referrals when a client is moving out.
