Housing is healthcare since managing health issues is easier with somewhere safe and stable to live.

Need help navigating the complicated world of housing assistance? We’re here for you.

Depending on your unique circumstance, we offer three different housing options:

  • Emergency
  • Transitional
  • Permanent

How do I know if I’m eligible?

  • You must be homeless or rent burdened (meaning, must be paying 50% of their income towards rent)
  • Have a HIV diagnosis
  • Living in King, Island or Snohomish County
  • And living at 50% below Average Median Income ($30,000 - $50,000 per year depending on family size)

How soon can I get housing?

Our housing program does not operate on a "first come, first serve" basis. Instead, we use a priority based wait list so that people who are most medically vulnerable can access housing quickly. Your safety and well being is our top priority and will do our very best to help find you a stable place to live.
